WATER

Drink more water. Your body is made up of 70 per cent water and needs around six to eight glasses a day in order to stay hydrated

and to help to flush out the toxins. Add a squeeze of lemon to add an extra cleansing boost.

CUT OUT THE CAFFEINE

Cut down on caffeinated drinks and alcohol as these can all dehydrate the body. Change it up, reach for a cup of green tea which provides important antioxidants that the body needs – but in a natural way.

AVOID ALCOHOL & TOBACCO

Kick the bad habits in order to encourage a healthy lifestyle. Over time these can turn into toxins that the body can’t process.

MOVE YOUR BODY

Movement helps the fluids in the lymphatic system circulate and removes stored toxins. If you don’t move you can have an accumulation of fluids in the body which can affect your heart and lungs. Go walking, running or even more fun, hit a yoga or pilates class.

A Lymphatic massage is also recommend.

SOAK IN AN EPSOM SALT BATH

An Epsom salt detox is a warm bath with Epsom salt that may help improve the body's natural detoxification process and promote muscle relaxation.
